Our fixed rate option is great for any organisation that wants a set rate regardless of the day of the week.
As we understand that every client is different we will tailor the cost and service depending on your needs and are happy to look at beating any current charges you have agreed elsewhere.
Option 2: Variable Rate - Band 4
Under our variable rate option, our rates differ depending on the days of the week and the times of the shifts.
Again, we are completely flexible with this offering and will tailor any costs around your particular service and also against any pre-existing costs you have agreed elsewhere.

If you require a nurse to support your service then Synergy is proud to offer a bank of high-quality vetted candidates who are happy to step into any environment and provide only the highest quality of care to your service users/ residents.
Temp-to-Perm
We are happy to offer this as a sole recruitment option for when your company has other tasks to focus on, or as an external partner for your in-house recruitment team to ease workforce pressures.
For this, Synergy will source a high-quality candidate, fully vet, reference and check them before handing them over to you as your own employee.
10% of the equivalent annual salary payable over 12 weekly instalments.
